Required tools:

• flat blade screwdriver: https://amzn.to/3MjS6Py

• WD-40 lubricant spray: https://amzn.to/3YZGrx6

• First, remove those 5 screws inside the wheel arches using T25 Bit Torx

Do the same with the left side.

• Remove those 4 screws below the rear bumper  using a T25 Bit Torx

Before you remove those rusty screws, apply some WD-40 lubricant spray to each one. This way you can remove it more easily or prevent them from breaking.

Here are those 4 bolts, two of them are broken.So, we just have to find new ones for replacing it.

• Remove the two taillights.

First remove the plastic from the taillight using a trim tool or your fingers. 

Lift that plastic up and then take it out. Here is the plastic part from the left taillight. It has 3 clamps. 

Then remove the screw that secures the taillight to the car using a flat blade screwdriver or a T25 Torx. Slide the taillight to the left (if removing the taillight from the left) to remove it.

Disconnect the plug from the taillight using a flat blade screwdriver. First, slide that red plastic out and then press on it to remove the plug. 

Here is the left taillight from behind. Remove alos the right taillight following the same steps from the left taillight.

• First detach the rear bumper from the side mounts, then from under the taillights using a flat blade screwdriver.

Do the same on the right side: detach the bumper from the side, then from under the clamps from the right taillight.

• Disconnect the cables from the rear parking sensors (only if the rear bumper has parking sensors).
