If your Renault or Dacia Logan 2 Sandero Stepway 2, Duster, Dokker (2013-2021), Renault Kangoo, Symbol has the wrench icon and orange wavey line warning light turned on on your instrument cluster display, it’s time to reset service light (maintenance). To do that, you just have to follow four easy steps.

1. Turn the ignition on (don’t start the engine)
2. Then press on the windshield wiper’s arm button until you see the service menu on display or that small lines and wrench
3. Then press one time on the button and keep pressing until the service light is reset
When the service light is reset, then you will see this image with 20.000 km on display.
4. Turn the ignition off.
Then, turn the ignition on to check if the wrench icon and orange wavey line warning light on display has disappeared and so the service light reset is done.

If it’s not working using these steps, then try this method using pedals like this:

– switch ignition on but don’t start the engine
Within 10 seconds you have to:
– press and hold accelerator pedal fully depressed
– press and release brake pedal 3 times
