TUTORIAL: VW Golf Mk5, Jetta headlight removal / replacement in 7 steps

Necessary tools:
– ratchet and an extension ratchet: https://amzn.to/3wUiff8

  1. Remove the headlight washer jet cover cap using a plastic tool
  2. Use a plastic tool to remove the plastic part from the bumper
  3. Remove the inside screw using a T25 Torx
  4. Remove front grille (video tutorial) using a T25 Torx
  5. Remove those two T25 Torx screws from headlight
  6. Disconnect the harness from the back
  7. Take the headlight out.
