VW Golf Mk5, Jetta, Passat AC (air conditioner) air blower motor is located behind the glove box, underneath the dashboard.

1.       Remove the two plastic screws with bare hands or using a flat blade screwdriver

2.       Remove the foam cover

Heater motor is located up underneath to the right

3.       To remove the blower motor, you need to pull the tap down a little bit and twist the blower motor to the front of the car

4.       Pull the blower motor down and take it out

5.       Disconnect the cables.
