Necessary tools:

– flat blade screwdriver: https://amzn.to/3thkKWs

 

STEP 1: pull the handle to move the bench up and fold it towards the front of the car

STEP 2: slide those two hooks out

STEP 3: pull the other handle to fold it towards the front of the car

STEP 4: take those two hooks out

STEP 5: flip forward the backrest of the rear seats to have acces at the outboard pivot points

STEP 6: use a flat blade screwdriver to unlock the pivot point by pushing it downwards and gently lifting on the backrest simultaneously

STEP 7: flip up the back rest and slide out from the inboard by wiggling the back rest

STEP 8: do the same for the other back rest.
