To acces the hidden menu on a VW Passat B7 (2010 – 2015) this is what you have to do.

STEP 1: start the engine

STEP 2: activate the DUAL button

STEP 3: press both AC (air conditioner) and upper vent buttons in the same time and release them when their LEDs start to flash

STEP 4: use left knob and central button (air vent volume) to choose channel and value

Press AC button to exit hidden menu.
