To detect the problem, first put your hand on the black cable (the thickest of them) from the fuse panel from the top of the battery in the engine compartment and check if it gets hot after you drive the car for more than 30 minutes. This way you will know that too much current is being drawn down that cable causing the black alternator cable to heat up and melt the fuse box. So, to avoid that, you will have to check the following parts of the car:
1. Therefore, carefully check the black cable from the fuse panel to the alternator if it has been pinched somewhere and because of this the alternator does not receive enough current
2. Check if the nut that tightens the black cable on the fuse panel is loose. You will have to tighten it in place.
3. If the end of the black cable (the ring terminal) that holds the 10 mm nut doesn’t have a perfect contact with the 110A fuse, then you will have to change the end of the cable (if you know how) or the black cable
If there is an emergency case, you can take a sandpaper and clean the surface from the ring terminal that comes into contact with the fuse on the panel. But this is only temporary, until you get to a car service and change the black cable with a new one or just the end of the cable.
4. If the 110A fuse from the fuse panel is oxidized or blown, replace it with a new one
Also you can check the other small green 30 Ampere fuses.
5. Check the voltage regulator from the alternator, it may also have problems.
