Necessary tools:
– ratchet: https://amzn.to/3wUiff8
– 13 mm socket: https://amzn.to/3wUiff8
– wiper arm (or battery) terminal removal puller tool: https://amzn.to/2OZu4zu
– WD-40 lubricant spray: https://amzn.to/3uZNIL5

1.       Remove the rear wiper cap

2.       Remove the 13 mm bolt using a ratchet (or wrench) and a 13 mm socket

Apply some WD-40 lubricant spray on the rear wiper arm

Wiggle the rear wiper arm back and forth gently and lift it off. If it is stuck, use a battery terminal puller tool

3.       Remove the washer jet first

4.       Use a battery terminal puller tool to remove the wiper arm

5.       Remove the screw and take the rear wiper arm out.
