Before you do that, you have to jack the car up so that the rear wheels are off the ground.

STEP 1: remove the wheel by unscrewing the screws

STEP 2: unbolt the caliper and take brake pads off. Be careful with the brake line

STEP 3: with a Philips screwdriver remove the screw on the disc brake

To loosen more easier, you can apply some hammer hits

STEP 4: take out the disc brake

STEP 5: with a flat-head screwdriver easily remove the hub cap

STEP 6: with a ratchet and a special socket loosen the screw wich is attached to the hub

STEP 7: remove the bearing

STEP 8: put the new bearing back on

And the next steps are: put the hub cap back on / place the disc brake back on the hub / fixed the screw on the disc brake / put the brake pads back on the caliper and fixed the caliper on disc brake / put back the wheel and fixed the screws.
