TUTORIAL: How to remove front cup holder on VW Polo 9N (2002-2010) in 4 simple steps

Required tools:
– T20 Torx (Find 12-Piece Magnetic Torx Screwdrivers Set HERE: https://amzn.to/2DJ8yZT)
– special keys for removing radio-CD (Find Professional Automotive Audio Stereo CD Player Radio Removal Keys Tool Kit – 20 Pieces HERE: https://amzn.to/2MbZUao)
1. Open the cup holder and remove the T20 Torx screw from inside
You can take the old cup holder out from the dash.
2. Remove the CD Player using the special keys
3.Disconnect the antenna and the electrical connector from the back
There are 3 tabs you need to push in where the red arrows are pointing.
4. Press on that tab from the left side and pull the cup holder out
If you can not pull the cup holder out, you just have to press on those 2 tabs (from the left and from the lower side) in the same time.
To install the new cup holder, you just have to do the same steps but in reverse order. So, start with the T20 screw from inside with the cup holder opened.
