This is how you replace or change the key battery on Saab 9-3 and 9-5 in just four simple steps.

Required tools:
– a paper clip

1. Insert a paper clip through the key hole and open the key
2. Take that plastic cap out to have acces at the battery
3. Remove the old battery and replace it with a new one
The Saab 9-3 & 9-5 key use a CR1632 3V battery.
4. Put the cap back on the key.
