We have used a Mann-Filter pollen filter CU26009.
You have to know that pollen filter is located in the glovebox like most of the VW (VAG) models.

1. Open the glovebox and press on those side clips so the door can be fully opened
Press one side, pull the door slightly then press the other side.
2. Remove the plastic part aorund the CD drive
Use your hands to remove the plastic part pulling forwards to take it out from the clips.
3. Remove the top of the filter housing using a trim tool or a flat blade screwdriver
Push the clips (from the lower side) down which will allow the door to drop forward.
4. Pull the pollen filter out and replace it with a new one
See the air flow direction arrow so you can put the new one in.
5. Put the filter housing back
6. Put the plastic trim back on the CD unit
7. Lift the glovebox back in the initial position.
